About Thrive

'Our homes can be as a finely tuned instrument, singing like a symphony, co-ordinated as an orchestra.'

Hi, I’m Fiona. I run Thrive. I have an Honours degree in Philosophy from Glasgow University. This satisfied my curiosity for learning and in coming to know what gives life meaning. I learnt to mix with all types. In the years following, I ran a restaurant, did some fundraising and admin mostly for charitable organisations and it was good but I was restless.
After meeting my partner and having two wonderful children who are now teens, I felt the need for more autonomy in my work. Hence the cleaning.
I love cleaning people’s homes as, for me, it’s almost akin to healing. The benefits of a clean home are multitudinous, from greater focus to living more harmoniously. I love bringing that to people.
An essential aspect of my approach is the ongoing work and studying I do with Anna Hunt (annahunt.com), in the art of developing clean energy, both for myself and in people’s homes. It’s an ongoing journey but brings greater focus, energy & efficiency to my work. My aim is to help people flourish in their homes and, by extension, life.
